2. Access and Use of the Platform

2.1 Account Creation

Creating a user account is mandatory to access SupplyzPro services.
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Any activity carried out using your account is your responsibility.

2.2 Free Trial and Subscription

SupplyzPro offers a free trial for certain premium features.
At the end of the trial, the subscription renews automatically unless canceled by the user.
Subscriptions are non-refundable for any reason.

3. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate information when registering.
Not share or sell their account without an authorized contract with SupplyzPro.
Not extract or copy platform data without written authorization.

4. Services and Liability

4.1 Service Availability

SupplyzPro does not guarantee any minimum uptime (e.g., 99% uptime).
Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or updates.

4.2 Data Backup and Loss

SupplyzPro has a backup system but is not responsible for data loss due to circumstances beyond its control.

4.3 AI and Analytics Liability Limitations

The AI models and chatbots available on the platform may contain errors.
SupplyzPro is not liable for incorrect predictions or decisions made based on AI analyses.
Only data stored within the platform is considered reliable.

5. Payment and Billing

5.1 Payment Methods

We accept payments via:
Credit card
Bank transfer
In-person payment

5.2 Billing and Refunds

Invoices are provided upon request only.
SupplyzPro is not liable for incorrect predictions or decisions made based on AI analyses.

6. Account Termination and Suspension

SupplyzPro may suspend or delete an account in the event of:
Non-compliance with these Terms of Use.
Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
Non-payment of a subscription after the free trial.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be granted.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Tunisian law.
Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Tunis, Tunisia.
An arbitration process will be used before any legal proceedings to attempt an amicable resolution.

8. Changes to the Terms

SupplyzPro reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use.
Any major changes will be notified via email to the company account administrator.
Users will not be required to re-accept the terms after an update.
